A few weeks ago we let you know about a little secret called GOPShoppe.com, where you could get all sorts of neat GOP #2 goodies. This week, I've come across Irregular Times Running Mate 2008 Shop -- a site for the Democrats! This one has a great selection of magnets, bumper stickers and t-shirts!
Some of you may be wondering, "Well why would I want an Obama/Richardson bumper sticker on my car only to have him choose someone else like Sam Nunn and make me look like an idiot?"
To this I say, First of all you're only paying $2.75 for your magnet or bumper sticker... and how neat will it be later to have "sign of the times" treasures from this historic election?
But more importantly, buying #2 swag isn't about looking like the most politically astute on the block. It's about expressing your voice, your opinion, casting your vote for the Veep before this summer's conventions. Just as states fought over who got to vote first in the primaries, you can take the initiative and show your support for your favorite running mate and influence the political sphere with your purchasing power.
Besides, in a time of economic recession... it's sort of like your Patriotic Duty.
