Joe Biden Is Everyone's Favorite #2
Joe Biden is arguably the most underrated Democratic candidate. He seems to shine in every debate with his punchy, to-the-point policies and jabs. He was a step ahead with the Pakistan debate; he has intelligent ideas for balancing the budget, social security and health care. So why isn't the media giving him the time of day? It seems that his runningmates are giving him a lot of lip service in the debates...

Online Attacks From Edwards and McCain
In the Las Vegas Democratic debate tonight, it was Edwards who most aggressively pursued Senator Clinton. Things got so heated, Hillary said she felt "personally attacked" and accused Edwards of slinging "mud" at her. In cyberspace, Edwards made a funny website in response to Hillary's comment that she felt the questions were planted.
See how you can spot a Hillary plant here!
In Republican cyberspace, McCain has a few tricks up his sleeve with an online quiz show starring himself and Hillary Clinton!
Surprise! Mike Huckabee is #2 in Iowa!
Some people may be asking, "Who is Mike Huckabee? Wasn't he in that movie with Dustin Hoffman and Jude Law?" While shrewd Rude and Mormon Mitt are counting their eggs, Mike Huckabee crept up behind them, from the bottom of the polls with Tancredo, and suddenly emerged as Iowa's # 2 choice for GOP candidate, just trailing Mitt.
Was it his "Faith is my life" quote that inspired Iowans? Or are they eating up his rich ambitions to "eliminate all federal income and payroll taxes?" (To be fair, he HAS cut taxes over 90 times in his tenure as governor). Most likely, they're loving that "agriculture" is listed under the Issues section of Huckabee's website... and that he pledges to "Watch out for farmers because our national well-being depends on theirs."
But then again, it could be that he's REALLY a rock star who plays the bass guitar in a band called "Capitol Offense" (and he's jammed with Willie Nelson), unlike that poser "Rockstar" Ron Paul... and who doesn't love an Arkansas governor who runs 5-k races with college students? He's successfully beat "the 'betes"* and published his fourth book called Quit Digging Your Grave With A Knife And Fork. In a nutshell, Mike Huckabee is secretly awesome... and somehow Iowa found out before the rest of us.

Tom Tancredo Releases Controversial "Scare Tactic" Ad!
Will the "Tancredo Against Terrorism" campaign pull him from the bottom of the polls? Not likely. Tom seems to believe that he's just "telling the truth", rather than playing with the politics of fear. Be careful about disagreeing though... Tancredo is a hot little potato! I'm not sure what's scarier... the thought of terrorists seeping across the borders, or the idea of Tom Tancredo as president!

A Bitter John Edwards Won't Accept #2 Slot!
It was perhaps inevitable that the Democratic candidates start to suffer from envy. John Edwards is especially getting irritated by all this Hillary talk. He's yet to trash talk Obama, who's also leading him in the polls... but his day will probably come rather soon. Edwards holds onto his "Anti-Corporate America" archetype, which says Hillary is the Godzilla that will terrorize Washington. He said if he doesn't win the Democratic nomination, he may not endorse Hillary's. Chris Dodd, as usual, brings in his frank yet non-confrontational manner of criticism.

Richardson Denies Campaigning For the #2 Position!
Bill Richardson has been accused of pandering to Clinton in order to seek her nomination for VP. In the debates, he always backs her up and discourages others from attacking each other. That's sort of like telling the NHL teams that they should really refrain from cross-checking and beating the living daylights out of one another. Is that not what we pay to see?? Bill recently appeared on TV to dispel rumors of his less-than-subtle butt kissing.

Do Giuliani and Romney Have the Same Speech Writers?
In the Philadelphia debate, much was said about Hillary's "double speak"... Yet it appears that Rudy and Mitt "double spoke" the same exact thing in recent ads, interviews and debates. Who said it first? And why can't they come up with something more original?
It was a valid point the first time perhaps... but now the "Never run a city, Never run a state, Never run a business" tagline is aimed to take virtually all the candidates off the map, save for these two... and perhaps Governor Richardson.
Take a look... the similarities are uncanny, really!
Priests and Protestors Arrested in Giuliani's Office
I think we're at that stage where the War has warped many Americans' minds. There's no telling whether or not these people were mentally disturbed before the invasion... but you know it's bad when protestors are targeting candidates who haven't even been elected yet! EASY, wackos, we haven't even had the primaries yet.
It's... cute... and by "cute" I mean MORONIC... to think that Giuliani will suddenly recant and say, "You know guys, I was just kidding about being FOR the war. In fact, I was planning to withdraw troops the entire time."
And to accuse Clinton of being "one of the most pro-war candidates"... Were you people even WATCHING any of the debates? Here's a strategy: Why not continue to spend your days courting Ron Paul and running in front of every camera you can, at every available debate? At least THAT'S funny... and won't get you bastards arrested!

Dennis Kucinich Proposes Cheney Impeachment Bill
Dennis Kucinich and Vice President Dick Cheney flesh out the Arch-Nemesis roles like it's in their job descriptions. While Far Left Leaning Democrats have always entertained the idea of impeaching the current administration, House Leader Nancy Pelosi has always adamantly said this was not their intention, and that she hoped for change but not demonization.
Not surprisingly, Dennis Kucinich announced his impeachment plan based on allegations that Cheney lied regarding Iraqi weapons. However, in a surprising turn of events it was the House Republicans who tried to force the issue as a strategic partisan move!

Breaking News, Joe Biden refuses take the #2 spot! Is Hillary looking??
Joe Biden is surely one of the most underrated #2's out there... His plans are comprehensive and smart, he has loads of experience in the Senate, in foreign relations, authoring legislation and combating crime.
The media doesn't love him enough to promote him to first tier (which may already be crowded with Edwards inching in), but Joe Biden will continue to dazzle us at debates with his poignant, witty zingers. It's disappointing that he'd vote himself out of the #2 spot so soon... will Tin Man Joe Biden have a change of heart? We can only hope.
