Hi everybody. Here's my Top Five list of potential GOP tickets. I am putting McCain at the top for now. Let me know what you think and if you have some others:
1. McCain/Bloomberg-Totally hot right now, and Bloomberg appeals to the middle and New York and in a down economy he's perfect for the job
2. McCain/Lieberman-Talk about a military first approach to foreign affairs! Can see this grabbing so many votes from the Democrats
3. McCain/Giuliani-Keeps NY in play, appeals to the left and middle, another military first approach
4. McCain/Dole-A Bush or Dole has been on the ticket since 1976. If not Jeb, why not Elizabeth? Neutralizes Hillary and appeals to women across the political spectrum
5. McCain/Pawlenty-The dark horse. Convention in Minnesota. Young guy with great family. Makes the GOP cool again with a fresh face.
YEAH!! Finally someone is talking sense. I will put Condie up against Hill-Obama any time. She's a double threat AND she is a lot more conservative than McCain.
Perfect ticket.
What about Condoleezza Rice? Is she damaged goods because of Iraq problems?
