Osama bin Laden has resurfaced again. Speaking in an audiotape aired Monday on Al-Jazeera television, the al-Qaeda leader urged Iraqi insurgents to unite and to avoid divisiveness and “extremism.”
“Some of you have been lax in one duty, which is to unite your ranks,” bin Laden said. “Beware of division… Muslims are waiting for you to gather under a single banner to champion righteousness. Be keen to oblige with this duty.”
Bin Laden’s appeal is most likely in response to the actions of some Sunni Arab tribes in Iraq that have joined U.S. troops and have fought against al-Qaeda members.
Al-Jazeera will not reveal how it obtained the tape. U.S. counterterrorism authorities are studying the content to verify its authenticity, however, it has been noted that no one has faked a bin Laden recording in the past.
I think we all know Obama is running for 2016, when he will still be younger then Hillary is today. But, his fundraising is sharp, much better than people thought!
